Delicious authentic local food. We tried the Hawaiian plate, the pork was moist and tasty. Super friendly staff. There's some picnic tables to sit at that offer shade, vending machines for cold drinks and a small liquor shop nearby. The unpaved parking lot is small but people come and go pretty quickly. You can also park at the shopping center down the road and saunter over.

Ordered the Hawaiian plate and sweet chili chicken, both were delicious. A little pricey, but the meals are surprisingly filling. I would absolutely eat here again over the other trucks. The poke is bomb.
We loved going to Trucking Delicious! We stopped twice during our vacation and had fantastic food both times. I would HIGHLY recommend this cute food truck to anyone wanting to grab a wonderful meal. If you follow them on Instagram you can also see what their specials are when they post it.
We loved this place. Best plate lunch we had on 28 days on Kauai. Wish we didn't try it the second to last day. We had the chicken katsu and lemon grass chicken. The sweet chile coleslaw was amazing and not too creamy. Even the sticky rice was tasty and really held together nicely. I will be trying to talk my wife into going back tomorrow.
