my wife and i took a Couple's Massage today after hiking to the Hanakapi'ai Falls yesterday. I don't know the name of the lovely lady my wife had, but my wife Care came out feeling like a new lady. As for me, i almost fell in love with Andrea :). She has excellent communication attentiveness and made it easy for me to indicate to her what i liked and what i wanted more of. It was heaven. The adult customer previous to us also had Andrea and came out with the glow of an 8 year old girl around her saying that was the best massage she's ever had in her life. I could probably go on for hours -- if you are thinking "should we do it?', then answer is hell yes. my only regret was not taking the 90m, but we had friends waiting and i don't like to cause other people to wait :)
- towels smelled like cat piss.
After 8 days of camping, backpacking, outdoor showering, dry food and sleeping on the ground, the Hanalei Inn was a wonderful experience to have before flying back home to Utah. We were late for check in, but the woman we spoke on the phone with was incredibly friendly and the on-site manager Phil was extremely welcoming and warm upon our arrival. It is a small inn, so expect to be close to your neighbors, but in our case it worked out fine. Close walk to town, #1-4 seem to be the larger rooms and #5 which is smaller, appeared to be for late notice reservations such as ours. Incredibly quaint and comfortable, would recommend to anyone staying on the north shore!
- bathroom sink wouldn't drain and overall condition of unit was rundown.
- I found an awesome little studio in princeville for 85$ a night (vs 220$/night hanalei inn) So consider your options it had an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as an outdoor gym I ran too every morning if your into that.
If the owner had provided some form of customer service I would have let it go and not written this review, I am not a person with a overly high standard of living after all I had just finished hiking the napali coast for three nights. I am not angry I am just exposing my honest experience and hopefully others can avoid one like mine while your on vacation.
Small but cute. Great kitchen and bbq Lani.
The only experience of being accommodated by this inn was horrible for the following reasons:
-no screen door for access to incredibly small patio so the property outdoor cat can enter your room as he pleases in case your wanting to air out your muggy room.
Thanks for reading I hope this helped. :)
- camper van rentals
- camping is a great option, I recommend applying for permits before you go.
- there are yurts in HAENA (just north of hanalei, very beautiful beaches but obviously less going on) great deal and so so cool.
- checked into a dirty room meaning I had to sweep the floor, remove the used coffee and filter from the coffee maker and clean it.
- received a very low standard of customer service after notifying the owner, meaning nothing at all was done about the situation besides an old drunk onsite manager showing up slurring his words and repeating himself about 3 times.
- when I was looking for some form of property authority I went around the building and all I could smell was marijuana.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SOLUTIONS:
- basically exploit all other resources in your price range besides here.
