Love their staff! Even on "bad beach days" they had great suggestions! They're very knowledgeable about surf on sunny ocean days and the rainy days and are very friendly. I'd recommend them to everyone.
Very professional and friendly staff. I'm a novice snorkeler and they gave us great tips on which beaches to try first as I got more comfortable. Highly recommend them for their customer service!
These guys have been awesome to work with. We were scheduled to go spearfishing our first day in Hanalei, but found out last minute that we needed to provide our own snorkel gear at the last minute. We wouldn't be able to make it to their shop the night before to rent before the shop closed. Hanalei surf offered to open up early just for us the next day so we could rent our equipment before our spearfishing trip!
If they are this accommodating for an odd request I can't wait to see how well they treat us when we rent surfboards from them!
Just got some great recommendations on our hike and supplies from Kiera. What a nice surprise/find.
Staff was super nice and gave us tips on where to snorkel and the gear was a perfect fit and clean! Our rental transaction took about 3 minutes, if that. Went back later and shopped around, I think the prices on some of their clothes was cheap comparitively speaking. (Got a shirt for $12)
