Decent pool, good well maintained bbq area
We stayed at 229 B and found it to be very clean and well-maintained. The current owner has done a very good job of bringing it back to good condition. It was in pretty bad shape the last time we visited.
Sandpiper is a wonderful place to take walks. The views of the mountains are stunning
Very nice Community wonderful Pool and Spa most of these places are Airbnb. Our apartment was okay.
I highly recommend 229 B. I canʻt speak for other condos, but this one was perfect for us. Our Wifi worked very well, even on the lanai - and at no extra fee!
The pool area is in excellent condition with new tile and stone work. Itʻs very attractive and there are plenty of nice chaise lounges to use. The Weber grills were immaculate and we used them every night to grill the fish we found at various places.

This place offers vacation rentals and local living as well. Hot tub and swimming pool. Parking is tight. Nice breeze.
