Wife makes the chocolate and the husband sells it. Delicious, local. They are even starting to grow there own chocolate so it will soon be totally produced on Kauai :)
Best dark chocolate I have ever had. Full of chocolate flavor through and through without the acidity after-taste that you find from most dark chocolate (60-70). I had the passion fruit truffles (I highly recommend). If you ever come to Kauai put this on your places to check out in Hanalei.
