Service was unprofessional and the prices were misleading, at best. They stated you could keep the board for the rest of the day after your lesson- we finished at 330 after our instructor started 30 minutes late without comping the time- lots of time for additional surfing. Instead he took the boards back right after and waited around as if expecting a tip for his lazy service. Thanks Chaz. Go.somewhere else!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought two items that qualified for a promotion, but the promo was poorly explained. Waited for 90+ seconds for a receipt, which they couldn't print due to technical issues. When I came back 5 minutes later after figuring out what the promotion was, they said I was just SOL. Rude, belligerent staff. With so many other options for surf gear right along this strip, I highly recommend going to any of the other shops. This place is awful, AVOID.
2nd time to use them for surf lessons. Both times were great. Justin is a great instructor.

Cute stuff for both men and women, but severely lacking in customer service. Went there today and the girl at the register was not even remotely friendly and didn't smile. WTH
