Owner is rude and not very helpful. The return policy is (NO Returns). With all the shops in the area I would suggest making your purchases elsewhere.
This boutique in Hanalei had very cute clothes and jewellery but it is very overpriced. It is expensive but the quality is still nice.
I have purchased many bathing suits in my life and if you want to know the difference between a cheapy-target suit and one that fits and feels like a luxury glove, come here. Not sure what the lady with 1 Star is talking about but from the moment I walked in here I was happily greeted by an adorable young sales lady. She helped me find great styles and was such a doll. Yes, will spend a bit more ($50-100+) a piece. But these suits last. I bought one ten years ago of the same cost and quality and still have it. All styles, all colors, all unique. If you spend any time in the water or with a bathing suit or just want a great-quality suit, It’s worth the money, trust me!
