I have never experienced such a sweet staff. Eileen is wonderful and always very helpful.
Slower than the DMV. Could be faster but they have one person working the register while others are in the back sitting on their lazy a****. I have no idea how the USPS is still in business.

i feel the counter lady is rude i have changed my PO box to princeville to avoid her and swithched my daily shipping to UPS.. and they wonder why the postal service is going broke, zero Aloha spirt at Hanalei branch.. ..... Mahalo
