Decent but not mind blowing. Prices are a buck or two more than you might expect for the quality/quantity. If you are nearby and want ice creme it is worth checking out. Not a destination, can't even see the ice creme before you order it. Probably partially because the shop has no air conditioning.
Kona mud pie ice cream is very good. Waffle cones have a little cinnamon taste, they are fantastic.
The best ice cream shop in Kauai for sure. My wife and I have been regularly stopping in for Pinks amazing ice cream for over 2 years and have had an uplifting experience every time. The employees are genuine and happy and always going out of their way to make your ice cream experience delightful. I recommend the Haupia(coconut) mixed with vanilla Macnut shakes. Boom Kanani!
We have loved this cute ice cream shop. The ice cream is rich and creamy. We have made it back 3 days out of our 6 day trip. Its that good.
Great ice cream and they're open late, which is great on a warm summer evening after dinner. I got their coconut based Chocolate, and while the texture was a little icy the flavor was excellent.
