Very bad experience - watch out! Bought a very expensive strand of golden pearls by mail. I'd seen them in person in Hanalei, and decided to buy after returning home. It was promised to come with a certificate of authenticity. Mahina took my money and sent the pearls, but no certificate. After multiple reminders, and false promises - "Its coming next week", she stopped answering calls, emails. Did not respond when my Credit card company tried to contact her. Since she dragged it on for 3 months, couldn't get refund. Don;t know what I've spent thousands of $ on!! It was a mistake to trust her.
