I must linger here every time I visit Kauai North Shore, because this is my favorite store on the island. The owner sails around the Pacific islands, collecting the most beautiful artisan works of art, to help those communities hold on to their customs, cultures, and traditions. The shop has lots of information about all of the artistic creations, so it is like visiting a small museum. This is a must visit shop!

This is a great shop run by wonderful people who have traveled throughout the Pacific for many years. Their collection of oceanic tribal art is unrivaled on the island. Their prices are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. We have found art and jewelry there of a quality and uniqueness not found in any other shop on the island. If you find yourself anywhere on the island of Kauai and have a taste for oceanic tribal art and jewelry, it is well worth the drive to Hanalei to visit this unique shop.

Make sure to strike a conversation with the lady. She and her husband sailed the pacific ocean several times. Amazing story.

Found a nice little sterling silver seahorse necklace for my 9yo daughter and the lady at the counter was nice

Expensive products, and they are not even real. I purchased a Hei Matau necklace and after I got home I looked up the meaning. I found the same exact one for less than half the price and it turns out they are mass produced, and not even made of bone. The products are sold by many different vendors.
